A downloadable visual novel for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android

You arrive at the resort after two hours on a stuffy commuter train and an hour in a cab to pick up the props (roll-ups and banners) for a suddenly canceled team-building event. The resort is closed, the cab driver leaves without waiting for you, and a deafening, dead silence surrounds you. The sun is directly overhead, casting unnaturally sharp shadows, and the scorching air shimmers above the asphalt.

At first, it seems you are completely alone here. But the deeper you explore the territory, the clearer it becomes: something is fatally wrong with this place. The grass feels like paper, the flowers smell like a cheap air freshener, the sounds of nature are looped like an old audio cassette, and those you mistake for people are faceless and move like broken mechanisms.

Can you find a way out when the world itself refuses to be real?

Features

  • Daylight Horror: The main source of fear is the atmosphere of the blazing sun, suffocating heat, and the sheer wrongness of everything around you.
  • Unique Visuals: All backgrounds in the game are real photographs taken by me at an actual resort, manually processed to create a haunting "uncanny valley" effect.
  • Impactful Choices: The game features one true ending (escape) and several bad endings.

From the Developer

This game was created specifically for Halloween and is inspired by my personal experience. Last summer, my husband and I vacationed at a real resort, and the atmosphere of the place felt so peculiar that I wrote an original script and turned my own vacation photos into this project.
